I have moved quite a few times and used several letting agencies and I've had by far the best experience with City Docklands. I was very interested in a property and Mark helped me get it. He gave me great advice on an offer to put in and answered all of my questions (which were many!). When emailing back and forth, he responded to me right away and even allowed my friend to view the property in person with him, as I was out of the country. Thanks to him, I was able to secure the flat and get a really good rate. I highly recommend City Docklands and look forward to working with them in the future.

Our property is managed by City Docklands and we have had such an amazing experience with them that I wanted to leave a review. Any time we have had an issue with the flat, the team have dealt with it so quickly and without any difficulty at all. Last weekend our boiler was leaking carbon monoxide and City Docklands were straight on the case, arranging to have our boiler serviced the very next day. Rosie Horton in particular has been amazing, she is so friendly and always ready to help. It's so rare to find such a proactive and helpful managing agent in London that it makes us never want to leave this flat! Thank you so much Rosie and the rest of the CD team.
Just saying a Big Thank you to Ida and Ryan! They helped us to find a perfect apartment in a cozy area. The service was great and Ida is taking care of us once since first call. Definitely recommended.
