Sent in my work to be printed by the scheduled date. They are a day late with finishing it and when I questioned them on why it was later than the deadline there was no answer of my question. Terrible service. And even when I went to submit my document for printing and binding, the website was not processing so I had to email the instructions. I do not recommend. A printer who cannot honor their agreed deadline is not someone to trust with your business.

I used City Binders recently for a mixture of books and reports and found them to be exceptional in terms of customer service and performance. Would recommend them to anybody looking for top class binding services.
Excellent service, the staff were great. Binding for my thesis was done in minutes. Price was reasonable too. Premises are easily accessible. Would recommend to anyone
Amazing service. Got a B5 japanese binding done, great materials and was able to conveniently print at the same location. Nathalie who did the binding was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Great craftsmanship!
A super quick and professional service! (I got a one-off book thermo-binding done)
