It's a very busy place over there but the service I have received was very good and professional. Suzana, who is one of the staff, looked after my case and she was very nice and helpful. I got the chance to meet the manager as well, a very well educated and understanding person.
I can not praise the Longford staff enough. I visited their centre during the week and met with Eileen who is so professional, helpful and calming. She is an absolute asset to this centre. Brilliant service. Thanks also to the two lovely trainee girls, Ann and Ashlng, who were sitting in on my consultations and helped with forms, phone calls, etc. Top Marks from me... Highly recommend this service and staff. 10/10.

all the information you need under one roof , the staff in this office are so nice , made me feel welcomed and helped with what i needed to know, explained things and not just handed me a leaflet like other people do.

Went in with my friend whose esb was disconnected a day before his daughter's communion, the lady rang esb and sorted it out for him, they came to reconnect his power supply the same day :)
