I was very confused about what to do about a claim for an injury. Citizens Advice was very helpful and l am now confident to fill in the claim forms. I was talked through what to do in a very detailed way of which l could understand. Thank you very much.
I found the whole experience a waste of time. I had saved all my paperwork and taken it in, the staff carefully arranged it all into bundles to make it easier. I was then told by the debt advisor to dispose of all historical paperwork as it was no longer relevant.. So I did that, he then stated i needed the paperwork. After telling me to get rid of it.. I feel sorry for the people who arranged it all into bundles.
