Don't bother phoning CAB, unless you like to listen to drawling information and then be asked for data that will only contact you to your local unit, if your lucky! but nothing if your out of town, trying to get help no stars!
Always helpful
Knowsley Citizens advice was just great until someone brought up territorial (unresolved) issues and I can't get advice there anymore.
People in Citizens Advice Knowsley have helped me tremendously and multiple times. I could win the really difficult appeal thanks to their advisor's Jennifer help and overall they have great people/professionals to talk to about the legal stuff.
Very helpful and pleasant to deal with
Can't get through on telephone and when you do they tell you that they are very busy and will call you back 7 days later I'm still waiting. Update:Been waiting for 5 months for them to sort out a DRO and no progress or updates if you can possibly avoid this CAB then do it. An absolute joke and I am making a complaint to the relevant people.
Very helpful staff who can arrange assistance for a wide range of problem solving issues
