Long wait but we'll worthwhile excellent advice given and very helpful and obliging staff.
I have to put 1 star as the ladies on reception were lovely and very welcoming to me and my 4 year old son. Unfortunately I then had a very upsetting experience with the 'adviser'. He made it very clear that my son irritated him. He's 4 years old and I suppose interrupted a bit but then that's children for you and I have no baby sitters or an involved father to care for him. The adviser made me feel as though my case was invalid and an irritation to him. I had gone in for advice over a PIP decision which I felt was wrong. He did nothing to advise or reassure me and I left in an even more anxious state than when I arrived. I suffer massively with anxiety and depression and it took me a lot to dare to go there today and speak with someone. I really hope if others are in my boat they don't experience the negative non support from this man. I wish I had taken note of his name but due to the way he treated me I was too upset to concentrate. A massive let down to the citizens advice service.
