This is the most useless organisation I have come across living in Spain for four years. Rude, unhelpful and entirely inept to answer even basic questions (even after making generous donations!) Moralless organisation! Probably best sticking with google searching and asking everybody you know! I think you have to donate 5 euros before you can even get basic information and in my opinion this is just another untrustworthy, dodgy attempt to dwindle money from the new, vulnerable etc. Welcome to Spain!

Very informative website, with gteat resources. Fortunately, my spouse and I are fluent in Spanish, and we are both familiar with specific areas of Spanish law, especially regarding our real estate holdings. However, in areas of the Spanish legal system where we are not well versed, we know that we can draw upon the experience and resources of this organization. We find the site to be well organized, informative, and professional. And have found the staff to be professional and informative. I have referred this site to anyone who has expressed an interest in purchasing in Spain, and will continue to do so, as it is a great help for all expats.
