The staff are fantastic, no problem is to big for them, and thay treat you like a human being not a machine or number, if you want correct help and advice, go to the C A B, thay have never failed me, from answering a question to filling in a form, you tell them the problem, and thay will sort it, one way or another, brilliant.
Visited the office with all of my paperwork. Told I had wasted my time as they only see people at certain times and I had to leave and submit my request by internet from home. When I tried the online form did not accept attachments when I tried to use it so I eventually gave up as I had wasted a whole morning of work and got nowhere. When I later phoned, they were too busy to talk to me as there was such a high demand for their services. This effectively gagged me and my problem continued without resolution. This service is unworkable and inaccessible to me.
