I would highly recommend The Stove Store, with their knowledge and experience of products, Tom advised accordingly, the right Stove for our space. Not an easy task, as half the room has underfloor heating and half without. I felt at ease throughout the buying process, even when I had questions, Tom was on hand to answer with confidence. The installation team were great, tidy and respectful.

Recently installed Opus Trio wood burner and flu - instal team were extremely polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves throughout the day. Dust sheets went down immediately on arrival, we were warned of the dust and noise, (but it wasn't that bad) and they were very helpful throughout. We love our woodburner now, thank you.

Had a burner installed a month ago. Whole process very positive... good guidance and helpful advice from Tom in the showroom and the order / booking for fitting very straight forward. Fitters were friendly, efficient and ensured home left clean and tidy. Heat and aesthetics from the burner just great... and add to that it now stops the draft coming down the chimney into what was an open fireplace and we are very happy! Would certainly recommend The Stove Store... and enjoying the post purchase discounts on fuel etc.
