Decided to book Circle 8 Massage due to the raving reviews and I was not disappointed. Found the place easily thanks to Dom waiting outside, we walked up to his office and we did a quick summary of my history. Focused the sports massage on my back and I was thoroughly satisfied. Definitely recommended!

Circle 8 is an amazing massage clinic. It is so conveniently located if you live in city centre and the rooms are welcoming, private and also nice and quiet. I usually see Ant, and I have a sports massage. I first visited after experiencing a nasty foot injury that just wasn't going away. After a couple of sessions he identified it wasn't actually my foot, but likely originating from my hip. He loosened these muscles and gave me some stretches to do to help. I have since seen Ant for a PT session as since working from home my leg became quite painful again. I would 100% recommend going to see them!
Surpassed all expectations-Sorted my neck pain and advised me on how to stop it coming back. I had very bad pain in my neck and also some referred pain in my wrist due to a trapped nerve. I'd been to see the Doctor who just prescribed pain killers and put me on a long waiting list for NHS physio. I was already taking time off work due to my neck pain and wanted quicker relief so at the very least I could work normal hours. I booked a 1 hour massage with Ant and he was brilliant! I described the problem and he got straight to work on my neck and shoulder. While massaging, he described the reasons why I was getting the referred pain and told me the muscles that were tight or weak. He also massaged my lower back at the end of the session, an area I've been having discomfort with for years and once again told me the muscles in the area that needed addressing. After the session I had instant relief in my neck and felt much better. A few days on, the pain is almost gone. Ant even sent me some videos afterwards for stretches and exercises to improve mobility and strength and continue my rehabilitation. Everything from Ant was brilliant and has helped me so much. I'm working full time and have even started playing tennis again after stopping several months ago due to my wrist and neck pain. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Highly recommend!! Won't go anywhere else now :) I've had a deep tissue massage from two of the guys there - Ant and Dom, both extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, gave me lots of advice to help with my posture and tight spots. Easily accessible as they're right in the centre of Leeds and very affordable too x
Ant was a great help for my back, neck and shoulders. Also gave me some tips and advice to take away. Nice atmosphere and felt at ease throughout!
