First time customer, we ordered takeaway from Cinnamon, consisting of shabzi cinnamon (lamb), chicken jalfrezi, special briyani, aubergine and okra (brinjal and bindi bhaji). We found the dishes to be fairly authentic and portions reasonable, especially the veg dishes. All dishes were not overly salty and oily (comparatively to other Indian places we have frequented). We would certainly come back based on the quality of the food. However, for the shabzi lamb we ordered, we were given the chicken instead. Kitchen error perhaps?

Second visit in the last two weeks, and both have been excellent. Food is very good. Hygiene is superb and the staff are friendly and attentive. My brother has also used the take out and that has the same review in his opinion.
Sadly although we have had lovely takeaways from here, this time my keema balti was way too hot. My husbands meal was lovely but I couldn't eat mine...my mouth and tongue are still burning despite not having eaten any more for 10 minutes. It was such a disappointment after spending over 40 on our meal

Stopped in here in mid August shortly after the restaurant opened in the evening. I ordered a takeaway for two and was served politely, due to covid I was asked to return after approx 15 to collect my order (I ordered for takeaway). On returning my order promptly appeared and social distancing was maintained by the staff. It was a pleasure to drop in for this takeaway meal. The meal was a vindaloo, not super hot but hot enough to enjoy the flavour of the food, and one of the speciality dishes, this was less spicy compared to the vindaloo but full of flavour. Most enjoyable and not full of oil, I take an instant dislike to restaurants who serve me a oily curry dish. Overall an excellent meal, the only improvement would be more meat in the keema naan.
