At first impressions, the outside of this cafe is not so inviting and doesn't give the feel of what it's like inside. Having found and booked online, I may never have given this place go if my decision was based on the exterior. One inside, the cafe is homely and quaint. The decor has a personal feel to it and is unique. The staff were friendly and accommodating upon arrival and the food and drink on offer is distinctly French. I'd booked the afternoon tea, although prior reservation is not strictly necessary. Any choice of hot drink is available with the afternoon tea and I opted for a cappuccino. The drink was very well made. The best I've had in Bexhill for a very long time. The food came out soon after and was ham and cheese baguette's with mini french pastries, cakes and macaroons. The food was lovely and very good quality. Best of all, it was very good value. I'd definitely recommend this place. It's authentic and doesn't pretend to be continental which is refreshing.
Fabulous Middle Eastern inspired dishes. Great for vegetarians. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended
I visited here with my family for lunch.. I had the stuffed vine leaves which were so delicious.. Followed by (I can't remember the name) chicken marianated in the most tastiest herbs and spices wrapped in a crispy pitta bread and that was one of the most flavoursome dishes I've had delicious.. Service was brilliant.. I would highly recommend the Cinnamon Cafe..
Great find!! Good coffee and very friendly service atmosphere is just right! Sad thing was they'd run out of carrot cake so had to order Coffee & Walnut cake which was ok alittle on the dry side perhaps needed a side order of fresh cream Lemon cake was home made and was really good!!
