We retained Motz Turf Farms to install sod in our backyard and even though it is a small space, they still prioritized our work and even accommodated our schedule preferences. Daryl was very communicative and responsive to my questions and provided me with resources for how to take care of the sod after installation. So far, so good! It is looking great, super green, and best of all - no weeds! Highly recommended!

We are so happy with the service from Motz turf farms. Originally, we ordered sod from motz to put in a small section of our yard for the dogs to use while we wait for the rest of the yard to be completed and matured enough. We planned to seed/straw the rest of our large yard ourselves the following weekend. Upon delivery, Dave from Motz offered some tips on how to complete the seed/straw process for best chance of having grass grow successfully. By the end of our conversation, I asked if his company/team could help with part of it (prepping the area as it would ideally take machinery we didn’t have). Long story slightly shorter, we ended up hiring his team to come out and prep/till the yard and lay seed/straw for a very reasonable price and with unbelievably convenient timing. They also hauled away a truck full of rocks/stones that would have been impossible for us to remove ourselves. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the work, professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and affordability of Motz. Dave and Antonio did an amazing job and saved my husband (and me, and any one we could convince to help us!) so many hours of work for not having to do this project by hand ourselves. We are so fortunate it all worked out this way, thanks to Dave and Antonio from Motz!

The first delivery of wood that I got from Motz just DID NOT burn. After talking with the owner about this, they delivered a new shipment and hauled the first one away. The second shipment of wood burns incredibly good. Thanks for making it right Motz. I will be a repeat customer.

Very quick and efficient, job was done in a professional manner and exactly what we needed for a small back yard play area. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and I would consider using them again. My only feedback and reason for not giving 5 stars is after receiving what I considered my invoice (being it was the only thing I received with a number on it) I sent in a check for the amount indicated, including a copy of that pdf signed agreeing to the amount. Was informed the check was short another amount for taxes that were not indicated or included in the initial quote, messed with our budget a bit. For bigger projects I would certainly ask for the real total as the percentage for those projects will change the price quite a lot.
