Hiring a doula was the best thing I ever did in support of my labor and delivery. I will never forget when I was at my absolute lowest (in transition) when I was saying “I can’t do this... I can’t do this.” and my doula looked me in the eyes and said simply “but you ARE doing it.” It may sound small and silly but those words empowered me and allowed me to get through the most difficult part of labor and to delivery... and without any medication (which was a personal goal). I highly recommend hiring a doula!

Lisa and Jen were both very helpful during my pregnancy. They answered all my questions, and they provided me great prenatal support. Lisa helped us throughout the entire labor. She helped us achieve our desired birth plan. She gave me the confidence and support that I needed.
Lisa and Jen were so helpful, professional and caring! When I found out my baby was breech at 35 weeks they quickly connected me to a whole array of professional resources to help us try and turn our baby. Happily, when we were successful at getting her flipped through a version, they were so supportive and responsive in helping us achieve the natural birth we had hoped for. I really recommend these wonderful women to any mother who is wanting a responsive personal caregiver with her throughout her pregnancy and birthing experience.
As soon as I found out we were expecting our second baby I contacted Jenn to see if she was available to be on our birth team. We were so excited to learn that we could work with her again after having an amazing birth experience with our first child. Jenn was incredibly responsive as we anticipated labor and provided resources along the way. I am so thankful she was at both births to guide us and provide a gentle touch. Jenn is extremely knowledgeable about comfort measures and breastfeeding. I cannot recommend her enough!
