Nice place with open spaces but our team was holding an event and we were treated badly. The water service for our event was poor, the lunch was basic with a single slide of peach for desert , drinks were late, then they didn’t have plastic cups for the event and we had to ask someone else for it to finally get it

Nice clean pools. Fun for the kids. The bar is limited on drinks but those available are delicious and at a reasonable prize. The restaurant service is a bit slow during down time but the food is good.

This resort is nothing like advertised. Firstly they did not have the reservation we had made and so upgraded our unit but we had to pay for that, then we took our child to the play area..it was terrible..two pieces were made of steel and very dangerous, the other four small pieces were something you might buy at any children's store for your living room. Plastic houses, a small plastic slide, a swing set for toddlers, and it is all old and in a state of ill repair. Later we went to have dinner..the restaurant did not open until 7:30 pm, so my wife and child went to our roomn't I ordered what they wanted from the menu...but nothing on the menu was available..they only had a few items available..I ordered a pizza and chicken breast with fries and side salad...they said they would deliver it to our room. I returned to the room. We had asked earlier to have a bed moved to the Master room for our three year old..I moved it myself..as we waited for the food a knock on the door..ahh finally the food..but no..it was a guy to move the bed..4 hours late! Then the food arrived..it was all cold..the fries were awful, soggy and cold..the chicken had been microwaved so often it was as dry as the Peruvian desert..there are moister mummies to be found here...oh..btw this is only our first day here..we have two more..maybe things can improve...but I doubt it..if there were minus stars available..this place would get a minus.
