Great new management. Love living here. As with any community there are rules to follow. Staff is friendly, communication is easy and any issues are resolved with care. Very friendly neighborhood with lots of kids. Great place to stay!

A nice, clean, peaceful mobile home park to live in. Many of the residents are friendly and respectful. The park management is kind and respectful as well. Have had no issues with neighbors or management and have greatly enjoyed living here so far.

Stay Away!! My mom's lived here for 2 years.. Never late on rent actually paid extra each month to build up a credit. I bought my first home in August2019 and mom pretty much moved in the end of September. We let the park know in October she'd be looking to sell November1st and they wanted first dibs.. Well here it is January 2020. My mom used up her credit she had built up (so they wouldn't have to cut her a check). Then we paid December and told them please figure out something because we can't pay rent next month. This whole time we've called and never get returned calls. Its nothing but the run around.. And we could have gotten a realtor and done this ourselves the place is in great shape!! Now they are supposed to be buying it.. But are 3 months in nothing figured out yet and she's got a rental eviction notice????

Stay away!!!!! Terrible, inconsiderate, employees who are inflexible. Desperate times call for desperate measures and kids need to get out and play for their mental health but CiderMill village has put restrictions on the tennis courts and forced us to reserve the time to play. Well I tried booking and everything is full until August 15th which was odd since I noticed no one on the tennis court today playing at all on the reserved time today. Someone purposely reserved the time so the kids cannot enjoy time on the court. Then management slaps a citation just because we were enjoying the amenities we pay for! They really need to work on their professionalism it’s lacking too much.
