First time in Cicli Sport and was very impressed. Couldn't get a Shock Pump anywhere and managed to find one here. Was chatting to David and he was very Friendly, Informative and Helpful. Definitely be back again
I ordered a Turbo Trainer from Cicli online (I've been searching for the Tacx Flux 2 since Lockdown began, but everywhere is out of stock and then suddenly Cicli had 1 become available). The guys at the shop were fantastic, super friendly and helpful, they called me to ask about the cassette I'd ordered and fitted it free of charge before packaging the trainer up (it ended up having to be split into two boxes due to the cassette now blocking the space the legs should have gone into - but this was all done at no extra cost). The trainer was dispatched by Cicli the same day via DHL, and although I'd paid for express delivery there were delays (I ordered on the Friday expecting delivery on Monday, but the item did not arrive until Wednesday), but this was all down to DHL not Cicli. Paul had mentioned when I spoke to him that DHL hadn't been the most reliable, but were pretty much the only option for getting the trainer from themselves in NI to me in Worcestershire UK at present (once again fantastic customer service, knowing this and having received the pick-up notice from DHL meant I didn't worry when the delay happened). I would thoroughly recommend Cicli Sport, a great company to deal with.
Thanks Ciclisport for great ordering experience, quick delivery and rapid response to technical queries. I purchased a set of Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon SL UST wheels that dispatched on same day but delayed by courier (slightly). I had a query about the wheels after unpacked and Ciclisport responded within minutes to three sperate emails. Brilliant service. Can't wait to get riding on these. Highly recommended.
I recently purchased the Giant Contend 2 (2020) from Cicli. Having looked everywhere online, it was sold out throughout the UK. Cicli magically had it in stock, called up to ensure this was the case and the gentleman I dealt with was very pleasant and verified it was available while on the phone. The bike arrived today (a week later), and couldn't be happier. 5 star service!
