This was THE best customer service I’ve had in a long time. We actually came here from the other mesquite location after being turned away in a rude way for not having a mask on us. We found a mask and came here. The manager(?) who spoke Spanish was very very attentive and very friendly towards everyone who walked in. He made sure my mom and I were happy. We stayed until close and everything was so clean. Every employee we had an interaction with was so friendly it was a great atmosphere and we will be returning.
This is by far the best Cicis we've ever been to. The absolute most wonderful service. The actually wait on you like a five star restaurant. The place even the restrooms are kept really clean. Great dinning atmosphere. Love it !!!

Don't believe me come see for yourself.. service, Customer service Out Of This World. For a black child coming from where I came from. To move out here and the time frame when whitch I did Early 90s.
