Found my dress today at Cicily Bridal! Victoria was really helpful on the phone then we had a fab experience with Lisa in store. She picked out some beautiful dresses, had some really helpful suggestions and made it a really fun and positive experience - especially as a size 16 bride, there was a far more welcoming and inclusive atmosphere than some bridal stores. Beautiful boutique as well, can't wait to come back for my fittings!

I found the perfect dress! I am so grateful to Lisa and Victoria for their help, guidance and advice so far. Having a very clear idea of the kind of style I wanted, Cicily was the only shop I went to with this kind of dress (Charlie Brear). Victoria gave me excellent advice on my first visit about my shape and what suits my figure. Her honest opinion was invaluable and I felt like I was with a stylist. There was no sales pressure whatsoever (unlike some other shops who said I had to order that day!) Plus they gave me additional advice on extras such as accessories, shoes and underwear (invaluable recommendation to Ender Legard). COVID restrictions are spot on, and the boutique is spacious and stunning. I literally cannot wait for my dress to arrive, and with their dedicated seamstress, I have no doubt they will ensure everything runs smoothly and fits perfectly for July 2021. I would highly recommend Cicily! Thank you both. You have made the experience so far truly amazing.
This bridal store is amazing!!! They are so welcoming, kind and helpful. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Lisa made me feel amazing and made it easy for me to find the perfect dress. I had the best experience with Cicily Bridal. Their dresses are so beautiful and chic, much more modern and stylish than a lot of other shops I've seen. They move with the times and had a brilliant selection of dresses to choose from. Victoria made the whole experience easy and comfortable. They worked with me on when I could come up from London to have my measurements and never put any pressure on me from the beginning. It was like having your dress fitting with friends! From the moment my mum and I stepped foot into Cicily Bridal, we felt so comfortable and welcome. Victoria was amazing. She took the time to get to know us, walking us through different styles and fabrics, and sharing the same vision. I never expected to find such a beautiful dress, nor feel so comfortable for my first time at a bridal boutique. I’ve come away feeling inspired to plan the rest of my wedding, and I can’t wait for the fittings!
