Its a small hotel. But its accessible with friendly staff. If your in a budget i will high recommend this hotel.
Functional hotel at a great area, opposite tsukiji fish market (still there at the point of writing as of sep 2018) Facilities are bare minimal, enough to function but not exactly living in the lap of luxury. It's also fairly priced for a tokyo hotel. Good for singles or couples. Not a good idea for families.
Clean simple room. Small but that's normal for Tokyo. Friendly staff. Traffic a bit noisy at night (was on third floor). Best thing is the location, a five minute walk to Tsukiji fish market in the morning.
I stayed in the 2nd floor of the hotel for 2 nights. It's located right next to the Tsukiji fish market, and is also within walking distance of Ginza. Most of the key attractions in Tokyo are accessible within 30 minutes, as there is an underground station 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is rather small and has limited facilities as it does not have a large reception, large cafeteria or gym, but it is perfect for those looking for a short stay in a good location in Tokyo.

Compact and clean room, fast WiFi. Staff speak little English but are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast set in hotel bar.
Very closed to Tsukiji market, one of staff speaks good English, and she gave me good guidance on how to get to the market to see the tuna auction (only 120 ppl allowed), very nice!
