Chanced upon this little one Michelin star place when I looked down this dark alley off Ginza. There was a long line of locals waiting to get in. With my curiosity piqued, I made a mental note to come back to check it out. Arrived for lunch just before their opening hour and was second in line. The line very quickly formed with locals as we approached the opening hour at 11.30am. The eatery sits up to 16 pax, so arrive before their opening hour, be the first 16 pax and get on the first service; otherwise you would end up standing in line for another hour. Very well-priced for the quality and generous serving in the Ginza area!
An amazing anago cuisine restaurant with a well deserved Michelin Star rating. Staff was very friendly as they explain to you how you should have the meal. I didn't see an English menu but the picture in the menu will give you a good idea of the choices, which are very price friendly. The restaurant is hidden at the very end of a back alley.
A great lunch option, hidden gem. Meat was tasty and portion was just right. Their tempura is surprisingly delicious as well!!
