I recently went to Chrysties to furnish my new house and I wanted to leave a note here about the high level of customer service I’ve received. I made quite a big order and the employee Maddy (I believe she has gone onto university in Glasgow) was amazing. She was so informative, professional and made the process a breeze. And that goes for every employee I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. From calls to confirm details to support with payment, I highly recommend this company. After being overseas for a while it’s a nice reminder that family businesses and nice service are what the borders can do best.

Brilliant. Friendly, courteous, well planned to ensure appropriate distances. Even found me some missing retainers for my somewhat elderly bed frame (1982). Mattress on its way. Definitely returning once I move here permanently to run my Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended. Not the cheapest around, but I don't mind paying for service and quality. Thank you all...
