Boing Softplay

I have dealt with Ian, Dan, Barney and the team for over 10 years now and that is a good indication of how I/we feel about them. They installed some quality equipment for us a decade ago which is still going strong (customers are still often amazed that it's not brand new). The lead up to the installation was faultless and stressfree - the installation itself really quick and efficient and the aftercare service (a relationship rather than just a business transaction) terrific. I would and will use them for every project where possible. (As a comparison, I visited a softplay recently that had sourced their equipment from abroad for a very low price. After just two years it was showing signs of needing to be replaced).

The best company we have used Having setup our soft play business 5 years ago and used different companies, Tiger play was certainly the best by far. There customer relations was unbelievable they came out to us to make sure we were happy with every stage of the build. The design process was easy and they adjusted the design even after i was being a pain and changed my mind several times.(more the wife than me) The quality of material used for our play frame was exceptional not like some of the stuff other companies used. They went beyond there job and even helped out repairing some of the other equipment for us. The staff were very friendly especially good around our customers using the play center. If anyone was going to setup a soft play company or needed any equipment, help or advice this is the company to go too.

What luck we had finding this company they have given us the personal touch all the way felt like they were the extended family of Little Nannie's Cafe and Sunshine Glade Soft play. Nothing was to big an ask and we are so pleased with the finished product so are the children. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a bespoke play frame built there ideas and design were AMAZING!! From start to finish they were so helpful with every question, queries and change, nothing was a bother! All the staff who built our frame were super friendly and accommodating!! Can’t wait to get them back to do our new work!! Would highly recommend them to all!!
