We are in the process of getting a dog, so we dropped by to get some food, accessories and advice. Very helpful staff. I was already a VIP customer (app) as had signed up for our chickens!, but registering our puppy on the app brought up new vouchers which were much appreciated. Under COVID requirements there is a member of staff on the door as you arrive (also welcoming), as well as the now familiar cleaning stations. Will be seeing this place more often!

Average in size pets at home with free parkin g. Sells lots of small animals such as rabbits, rats, hamsters and guinea pigs. Also have a small range of cold water fish and tropical. Some items are competitively price but sadly not competitive with online prices, in fact some of the items cost 2-4x more.

Christchurch Store is a joke!! Refused entry as I was with my mother. Was made to stand out in the freezing cold with my 8 month old puppy. But yet watched families leave the store in couples and groups! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! They have no love for your dogs! Would strongly NOT recommend.

Great service, the vet saw my poorly cat at short notice and was very thorough with him.
