We contacted MFP when we needed advice about how to make best use of a pension pot at the time when I was planning retirement. The need for advise was because of decisions that needed to be made quickly. Justin was very helpful and set out his philosophy and methods. After the initial meeting, I was pretty sure that we would be using his services. But circumstances meant the decision was not so urgent. Despite our taking 15 months to contact him again, there was no pressure from MFP, in fact they were very understanding. So the next meeting happened in October 2016 after a long wait and at that stage, we were ready to proceed. Justin supplied us with a comprehensive proposal with the philosophy, methods, costs and processes all laid out. We were happy to sign to use his services. MFP took care of all the paperwork and the setting up of the portfolios. They contacted all the institutions were savings were placed and arranged all the transfers. We feel that we have a good package put in place and look forward to working with him over the coming years.
