I visited Clarity Hearing yesterday for ear wax removal and was very concerned at the lack of PPE worn by the receptionist and lady carrying out the treatment. The receptionist only had a face shield not a mask. The lady carrying out the irrigation should have worn an FFP3 mask and a face shield and only wore a basic mask. This is not good enough for a shop where older vulnerable people will be visiting. I have complained to head office and await their response.
I recently visited Clarity Hearing in Christchurch to have my ears cleared of wax. My local GP surgery no longer offer the service and I was really struggling to hear. Clarity did a thoroughly professional job and completely cleared my blocked ears. The procedure was quick, completely painless and very effective. I can't recommend them more highly. First Class.

The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable in their fields\u200b. My 81 years mum had her invisible Hearing Aids done there last year and yesterday I had my ears impression done there for my Cerezen.
