These guys are the best. I've been renovating a house for the last 6 months and have been in to the shop most days for odds and ends. Nearly always have what i want, always offer advice and are always eager to help. They remind me of an old fashioned hardware store where you walk in with a list of items and they go round the store and collect them for you.

Life-savers. A note about remarks like \expensive\. Little hardware stores like this will save your life on those dire occasions when you can't order on the web: instant need, or physically examining a bit that must be exactly right. So it's an idea to give them some of your business, even if they're more expensive than ebay. Remember, ebay stores don't pay high-street rents and mostly not biz-rates, either. If you don't spin these guys some of your business, one day you'll wake up and find they're not there. BTW a while back these guys told me where to look for a bit that nobody - but nobody - could find for me. They got nothing out of it. I escaped a major headache.
