As a northerner, I can be a bit snobby about my fish and chips and wow, these were phenomenal. Tasty fish, perfect batter and lovely chips. I ate the lot! I can’t rate these highly enough!
Unfortunately for Chris, we tried to order direct back was told to order via Uber eats..... Large order for Nye and when good was delivered, items were missing but Chris's didn't want anything to do with it...... The driver said he delivered what he was given! Surely Chris s should sort it out...... Very disappointed In response to Chris, this was part of my order and I tried earlier to order direct but you said we couldn't....... The food was lovely but we were missing some and you were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional
The experience has been terrible. I haven’t had service this bad in a very long time. The communication has been dire and the attempt to rectify the situation has been far worse. I hope this establishment sorts themselves out sharpish. The owner has now provided a quite spiteful and unprofessional response, shifting the blame onto Uber eats. Learn how to take on board some criticism and take ownership of your mistakes.
