This is my family's GP and the service has always been great. The staff are always professional and treat us with respect. Occasionally there are wait times when you come for your appointment but considering you are dealing with people's health I don't mind waiting!

Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this surgery. Seems that duty of care is a thing of the past. A complaint to the practice manager was unfruitful, the response offered no apology, merely a confrontational call to explain how wrong I am as a patient and how its tough that staff don’t care and appointments are always late. Since the inception of COVID, they are not interested in conducting face to face appointments, even if it is for a 5 month old baby who is suffering.
