Cool, slightly hidden away market, some stalls pretty overpriced but a nice selection of goods, from clothing to baked goods, textiles to a butchery.
Chorley Market has quite a nostalgic feel about it and blends in well with the more modern shopping areas surrounding it. Nice variation of food stalls with prices a bit lower than the major food shops which is not really the norm these days. I think this is one of the best markets in Lancashire.
What a fabulous choice of shops and stalls in such a compact area. All in easy walking distance and good quality produce. Well worth a visit, even if it's raining!
Great atmosphere and nice traders. However not many you can find all days. Some stalls are great little places hidden away. Hope the market does well in crisis like this one.
