Chongco Thai Rice and Noodles

The sticky rice was a small hard lump. The soup had 2 hunks of tomato. Which seemed to take up a large amount of cup of soup. The peanut sauce seemed spendy for the tiny amount. Not impressed with any ofbit.

To begin. This place overall does not look too impressive. The decor is simple and doesn't stand out too much. If the smell of curry is too much for you then you may want to enter with caution. While the smell is not overpowering it is definitely there. Onto the food. I ordered the curry of the day on lunch special which happened to be Panang Curry. It comes with one spring roll a side of rice and your choice of soup, salad, or a second spring roll. The portion size definitely does appear small however it was very filling regardless (I am fairly overweight not on any diet). I was pleased by the only person waiting tables as he appeared to be in a rush to make sure he attended every customer. While it was not super busy I do believe it was about the average lunch rush for a small restaurant. He was pleasant and always made sure I didn't need anything else.

Went here during lunch and it was very cozy since it was just me and a few other patrons. The food was excellent, and I finished every bite which is unusual for me. I was also surprised that the salad was a mixture of fresh greens instead of only iceberg lettuce. The chicken tasted really fresh which doesn't seem to happen very often when I go out to eat. Great place for lunch and the waitress was very attentive and pleasant.

Nice location for tasty thai food. arrived at six, it was not packed. service is consistently good. the bill was appropriate.
