Dylan was incredible. Wasn't sure what to expect, esp being a novice concerning plumbers. Not only did he do a superb job but gave me awesome tips on how to get rid of any residual moisture in the walls. Highly recommended and definitely using you guys again!!!

It's Saturday morning and I've called 2 other plumbing companies that didn't work out... Then I called Choice 1 Plumbing!!! Receptionist was very pleasant and very accommmodating!!! It wasn't very long 'til Steven came and took care of several leaks in my copper piping!!! He was very informative as to what he was needing to do to repair my leaks!!! The whole experience with this company was AWESOME!!! Reasonably priced with the work he did!!!!! I will certainly refer my friends to them and use them for my next plumbing problems!!! We've used Choice One for two projects and they've been great. Everyone we've dealt with has been great. Most recently we had Bill out to the house to replace some galvanized pipe to an outdoor spigot that was plugged. He was prompt, professional and easy to work with. He was polite, professional and worked to find the best solution to the problem I had. I will use Dylan and Choice 1 plumbing again and I have deleted the other plumbers in my contacts.

I was digging a trench to bury a gutter drain pipe and hit the main water line to my house. I called Hiller first because I knew of them from their commercials and needed someone quick on a Saturday, but after waiting 5 minutes on hold for someone to answer, I hung up and called Choice One. Robert (the owner) answered on the first ring and had Steve out to my house within a couple of hours! Steve was polite, personable, and had all the parts needed to fix my water line already with him. In a matter of minutes, Steve had the broken section of the pipe cut away and replaced and for a great price too! I now know the ONLY plumber I need to call if I ever need one again. very pleased with service done fast a little surprised about the price spoke to owner about 99 dollar deal but when the plumber got here and finished i spoke to him about this it was different then advertised should explain what you get for 99 dollars clearer
