I cannot thank the staff at CHK MOUNTFORD in Surbiton enough. My grandson was really poorly, with bronchiolitis, in hospital and our boiler was playing up and then stopped working. The staff worked so fast to get it sorted. They got a quote, the approval from the landlord and a new boiler fitted, within 5 days, so our grandson could come home to a safe and warm home. Whenever, I call them they are always so friendly, professional and so helpful. I am so grateful. Thank you.

I wanted to leave a review of our recent experience with CHK Mountford in Surbiton as it really was a joy to work with them. Sardar was our main point of contact and couldn't have been any nicer to work with. Nothing was too much to ask for and all questions were answered quickly. We honestly can't thank you enough Sardar for all your help and how easy and effortless you made the process. Would thoroughly recommend!
We rented a house with CHK Mountford for a number of years. Over time we got to know most of the staff and some of the contractors associated with the Surbition branch well. We were very happy with the responsive, professional service provided by the team. Jessica who showed us around the property initially, Karen for her overall management and efficiency, Sarah F, Sarah L and Ryan for their personable and prompt handling of the few queries we had, Linda in accounts and Tolu who managed our departure from the house. All the contractors we met were similarly charming, polite and got the jobs done. Surbiton is a great neighbourhood; whether you're looking for a short or long term rental in the area, these guys will facilitate your move with ease.
CHK were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They were incredibly supportive during a complicated tenancy and I would highly recommend them.
In this day and age of large faceless organisations with little genuine customer focus I strongly believe in commenting on excellent service when it is forth coming, I detail me experience as follows. I was a returning client to CHK Mountford's Surbiton after having used them over the last 20years for letting out an apartment and selling a property. When I recently purchased a buy to let property in the area I again contacted Mountford's and spoke to a senior manager that I had dealt with nearly 20yrs ago. I was pleased to hear a friendly voice and it enforced my thinking that this company has a long-term investment in both staff and clients which goes a long way to the ethos of their business. On this occasion I dealt primarily with Ryan the Surbiton Office Manager. During a meeting at the property viewing he brought me up to date with new legislation and explained step by step the process the company follows on lettings and the type of marketing strategy he had in mind for this property. I was impressed by his professionalism and local knowledge of the market and instructed him to go ahead feeling confident in what I had been told. Within days of our meeting I received a call that viewings and vetting was taking place and a new tenant was soon selected and the property rented out in due course. Individually I found the service delivered be Ryan to be exemplary, he kept me well informed at all stages of procedure, always replied promptly to my queries and guided me through the whole process seamlessly. Collectively he was also supported by his team that assisted with the procedure and dealt with all documentation very efficiently (I will not name them individually but they are all an asset to the company). Overall Mountford's handling of this letting was first class, I realised early on I could trust and rely on them and they provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend this company for their strong customer focus and thorough attention to detail.
