A very popular and traditional curry rice restaurant in the area. Curry taste is very personal. What I don't like is lack of spicy aroma. Pork is very tender. Beef is not outstanding. If you want to have a bigger than usual rice plate, this is the place to go for. Lots of salary man come here to build up carbohydrates before working hard for the rest of the day.

I ate hashed beaf curry at lunchtime. It was very delicious. However, lunch time will be shared the space with other visitors.

Get the beef curry, its the bomb. Rich, unctuous curry roux. Hayashi rice was a little tart to my liking.

Super efficient curry shop - all they have is a basic curry so food comes out almost immediately after you order.. upon sitting down I was also served a yummy corn/chicken consommé. FYI bc it’s so busy you may be asked to sit ‘aiseki’ aka at a table with strangers. No need to chat with you table mates, it’s just for maximum customer throughput. Taste was a little different than regular Japanese curry, a little darker flavor. Good! I’d come back here.
