Excellent service for my mother: referred by her NHS GP for x-ray and got appointment the same day for this at Chiswick Diagnostic Centre. Lovely clean venue, helpful and friendly staff. Super quick results, couldn't have had better service.

The staff were awesome - they were super friendly, made super I was comfortable and I fully understood the procedure that was going to be performed. The consultant was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt confident with the proposed diagnostic and treatment plan.

What is the point of this facility if you can’t get an appointment when you need one. No doctors available until 3rd Jan. Not even a minimal barebones staff
