I'm so sad and upset I feel so guilty for laying our Mum to rest at Kemnal Park. It has not been a year yet since we lost Mum. When I went to Kemnal Park Gardens today of all days on Mums Birthday and what do I see a dead rose tree!!! the whole garden has not been looked after and has not been looked after as far as we can see. We pay a lot of money for them to take care of the Rose garden and this is what you get in return I'm just so broken hearted the whole rose tree is covered in black fly. A dead garden was not what we were sold!!!!! The head gardener then laughed when we spoke about this and she said that a water system was needed in this corner. When asked when this would be put into place she just shrugged her shoulders and said 'who knows' we don't feel this is acceptable at all and no family should have to go through this!!!!

It was beautiful. The place is lovely the staff are kind and caring The service was handled so respectfully I could not fault it at all. It made a sad day a lovely memory. I would recommend anyone in the sad situation of having to arrange a loved one's funeral to seriously consider there go and have a look speak to the lovely staff.

Kemnal Park is a beautiful calm location for a funeral. Nobody rushes you along. The staff were very respectful and polite. Thank you all so much.
