Excellent all round. Great vegetarian choice and fantastic fish and chips, topped off by great customer service. A lovely friendly team who couldn't do enough to make sure we were all sorted. Even gave the dog a biscuit!

A large group of us were staying at a Lodge for the weekend in Barmston so we didn't know the area very well. We ordered 6 different meals over the phone, plus extras bits, and everything came perfectly and promptly! The portions were absolutely huge and delicious! Fantastic value for money, all hand delivered and unpacked for us, with some free drinks on top too :) Cannot recommend enough- such a shame it's not our local!
The lady serving was really polite and friendly. She couldn't do enough for us. My daughter is vegetarian and chips were available that were cooked in vegetable oil. My daughter is also lactose intolerant so has to avoid dairy. We normally have to order bread cakes without margarine or butter due to this but they had dairy free margarine
We stopped off at the start of a long journey home. The food was excellent, the portions were huge. Chish and Fips already had a great rating, and it's definitely well deserved.
Best fish and chips in years. Large portions, red hot as cooked to order. The taste was superb.
