After years of doctors hospital's tablets pain I went to this man all I can say is he's a miracle worker. After 4/5 weeks of treatment I feel like a human being again I cannot give him enough praise for what he has done for me. All i can say is a thousand thanks.
I cant recommend it enough. I was prescribed extremely strong painkillers with no view to coming off them after a few years on them I wanted a different option as I knew the pain killers were not good for me. Chiropractic Ireland was recommended to me and I went as a sceptic, I now regularly mountain bike, snowboard and wakeboard. I don't use painkillers anymore. I only wish Dr Niall Tilley was recommended earlier.
