I wish I had read reviews before ordering from here. I ordered and paid for shipping with 24 hr delivery. The item was then not recieved at the post office until 6pm the following day. Was due for delivery yesterday and has still not arrived. I have a customer with no HW because of this. I could have had the item from the manufacturer quicker all be it about 20 pounds more expensive but at least my customer would have HW to say the least.

Ordered an element from them via Amazon, which was urgent as we had no hot water, we were told it would arrive by Mon 20 Aug, we were blown away when it arrived the next day (we dong have Prime), it was sent free of charge 24 hr tracked!, plus the part was almost half the price from the nearest supplier that we havd to collect from.

Incredibly helpful people at Unvented Components! Actually helped me fix my own boiler by calling me on my mobile phone and advising me through diagnosing the problem.
