Beautiful shop and such a friendly team. It's a real personal service when you go. We have purchased lots here on our many visits to the Cotswolds and we cannot walk past without going in.
Since discovering this beautiful shop I have made a point of visiting it whenever I come for a break to the Cotswolds. On my last visit I ordered a console table which I had delivered to Kent. This was all arranged, hassle free and with no extra cost. The staff were really helpful and Katie was happy to offer some advice when I asked her about paint choices for my walls to compliment the table. I am so happy with my purchase and I am really looking forward to my next visit in October when I shall be able to see the newly fitted upstairs section of the shop. I highly recommend a visit to this little haven, but be sure to put aside a couple of hours as there are so many beautiful things to look at!!
I ordered a wonderful clock from Cotswold Luxe that I have been deliberating on for sometime. Unfortunately when it was delivered the clock was heavily damaged in transit which I was very upset about. However, to their credit Cotswold Luxe contacted me very early the following morning from receiving my email the previous night and responded by delivering a new clock personally the same day (even though I am 50 miles from the store) and helped me hang it. Very very happy and will be buying many more items and recommending them to everyone I know.
