Strakers take care of everything in a professional, efficient yet friendly way. The staff on the Auction team go above and beyond to keep the client informed and reassured every step of the way. Also, the Lettings team are equally commendable. And it's an added bonus that Strakers offer a fully comprehensive, integrated service across Lettings, Sales and Auctions. I have used them to sell property in two Auctions with excellent results and also enjoyed the peace of mind from their Full Management service with a tenanted property. A previous agent I used was far inferior and I would strongly recommend Strakers over any other agents in Wiltshire.
