Stunning venue!
A wonderful venue, it was so beautiful in our wedding pictures. However the staff are very unhelpful, rude and only reply to your emails when their money is due. Also not very understanding at all we had to cancel our original wedding due to my husband serving in the military so we had to reschedule as they wouldn't give us our deposit back so we decided on only a two hour vow renewal but they still kept our full deposit meaning we lost over 1,000 to a situation that was out of our control and staff that were very unsympathetic, the scenery of the venue really wasn't worth the heartache.
Very nice venue but rooms very basic and breakfast o/k but not spectacular no cereal no fruit only offerd scrambled eggs mushrooms cold expected a lot better for 150.00 especially as it was a mid week stay
My partner and I got married at Chippenham Park in July 2018 and had a perfect day. When we were searching for a venue, it became a very easy choice after we saw Chippenham. The stately home is a gorgeous backdrop, the gardens are elegant and well maintained and the ceremony site down by the lake is what I had always dreamed about. Beccy was absolutely brilliant to work with throughout the planning, the days leading up to our wedding and our wedding day itself. Chippenham allowed us to/helped us to make our wedding personal and unique which made for a very special day. I would highly recommend Chippenham as a wedding venue without a doubt. Jen and Tom Moss.
