Ordered online, said it would be ready by 7pm, waited until 7:05 to get there, went in, wasn't ready, large line of people being helped, large line was handled, still not ready, two other people walk in waiting for theirs too, more people come in and start ordering, 3 of us still waiting, almost 15 minutes since I got there, still not ready, other 2 people's either, line gone, finally FROM THE BACK, I hear clowning around, laughing, loud joking and then an employee walks out that wasn't helping on the front counter with two of the orders, one was mine, what were they doing in the back that whole time? Go straight home to eat, less than 3 minutes away, sit down, both burritos cold, no not an exaggeration, NONE of this is an exaggeration, wife's burrito was cold too, and the large guac and chips in ordered was barely full to the top of the cup. At the beginning of the pandemic back in April, my wife was told to wait in line while they took care of online orders that came in before her, now they're doing them in the back and still make people wait an extra 20 minutes for cold food? Only reason I didn't give just a 1 star was because amazingly at this point they got the order correct, cold and let, but it was correct.... sorry, unacceptable.
