i ordered my food online tonight and my pick up time was 6:30pm. i got there AT 6:30 pm. the parking lot was empty. the line was empty. and every single employee was sitting down. the employee that confirmed my order clocked out right after they confirmed my order. so my order was not made. then after going in twice and requesting them to make my order they were still sitting down then claimed my order just didn’t go through. so i had to order my food in line. kind of defeated the purpose of online ordering.
Wish I could add a pic on here. Bit into something hard from my bowl & it looks like a birds toe nail. Literally. I can’t even eat it now
I absolutely love Chipotle. Decent amount of food plus the burritos are huge. Every time I go there is always a wait but the customer service is great.
