Not sure why this is labeled as a grocery store; seems primarily more restaurant to me. We arrived while they were opening for dinner and got one of their few non-reserved tables (I would say at least half were reserved in advance). My pasta was fine, but the noodles had very uneven levels of warmth - some cold and others hot. I appreciated that they had a non-creamy vegetarian sauce. The parmesan on top was tasty. Overall, though, my meal was not outstanding or terribly memorable. The waiter here spoke English well. Like with many places we went in Chinon, if you sit on the terrace, you have to go inside to pay.
Great caprese pizza! I liked this better than any pizza places in New York that I’ve tried. Beautiful place to eat outside, too, under the castle.

Awful. Dreadful greasy pizzas. Really sloppy ones that you know are poorly made and low quality . Complained very politely to grumpy waitress and manager. Unfortunately the angry abusive chef didn't seem so forgiving and called the Police. Bad pizza. Bad service. Greasy Fail...
Were just looking for a place to eat and were pleasantly surprised. Very nice food.
Great Italian food and pizzas at reasonable prices. We stopped in because we were walking by and are glad we did !
