Worst customer service I've ever experienced. When you order online there is no way of selecting a delivery date. They don't contact you in any way to let you know when they will deliver, they just turn up (even though the order confirmation explicitly states they will notify you when delivery is ready). Absolute shambles of a way to run a grocery delivery service. They also get really defensive if anyone tries to complain (see all other low-star reviews), and the staff are really rude. STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE.

The shop was packed when I went, no social distance adhered at all and no attempts to stop additional people from coming in. They were selling a lot of out of date stuff for a cheap price which I avoided but turns out I still managed to buy something out of date
Great variety of asian food and drinks, fair prices and always with a smile on the face . Yes!
Great selection of products & lovely staff. One of my favourite places in Reading!
Lovely place, so cute. Especially loved the drinks near the Cha Siu Bao freezer.
