Great choice and very helpful and happy staff

Very dissappointed! Two weeks ago I bought a bag of dry lotus from this shop for 7.99, after open it, inside was full of insects, I took photos before and after I binned. I went back to the shop two weeks later to shop, and ask for refund, provide with receipt and picture, the first reply was I need to contact the company who produce them, this being a qulity control issue! The seconed answer was because I didn't bring the package back, they can't claim the refund from their supply, thus they can't make the refund! After I show them from their shelf these lotus are full of insects , but the relpy was the date is alright. As a regular customer, I always like the shop , I find the staffs are friendly and helpfull. But to sale spoil food not responsible for it, this is unacceptable. I will not go back to this shop again!
Nice staff a great variety of produce. My mum comes here all the time making traditional chinese food this is the place to go to!
As of today, this is the only chinese shop in Dony... hence the best ;) But seriously, this is the only shop right now in Dont where you can buy oriental food and also oriental whole food and it is very good. I wish there were some more vegetables, however it is mainly place for shop and take away owners so can't complain. Highly recommended.
