Booked with CSAir before rona spread - they we’re the only airline out of the 4 I booked with to fully refund me. Their customer service was very understanding and processed my refund on the spot. I called their London office as I can’t speak Mandarin and had no issues. Thank you! :) Great prices too but would love if their website got a more user friendly and modern design.

CZ674 can not take off after 3hours on 8th April 2019. The cabin crew had no update at all. For sure I'm gonna miss my next flight
Avoid this airline at any cost. You will end up paying more. No customer service at all. Expect delays, delays, delays and forget refunds if there is any for weeks and you will not get what you have been promised.
Not very helpful , very rude and no chinese speaking staff in the office.
