First time here and got the seafood stir fry with hand-pulled noodles, which were tasty but they didn't season the seafood at all so it was pretty bland. Will probably try the soup next time

What can I say about this place that others haven’t already? Let me first start off with the fact that they make your noodles FRESH! The different taste and quality is worlds apart from anywhere else in the area. It was perfection on a plate for me, packed full of flavor. I just wish I could’ve ate it all then and there, it is extremely filling. The potstickers are made right then and there too, so moist and mouthwatering, impossible to not want to devour that whole plate. As an appetizer it definitely feels like an entire meal! My first visit the CMNH on the recommendation of an friend. I've always eaten Chinese food with rice, rarely getting noodle dishes. You can watch the kitchen staff making the fresh noodles by hand. I like spicy food and ordered #34, Beef with Stir-Fried Noodles in XO Spicy Sauce. My food arrived quickly. It was a large portion and if I ordered take out I'd have split the order with my wife. It was very good. The noodles were good and had a great texture. The heat level was perfect for me but there was a bottle of chili sauce on the table if you need more heat. The meat was tender and lean, veggies were fresh and the sauce was tasty. I'll be back to check more menu items.

Legit hand pulled noodles. That alone is enough to get in the car and drive over. It's cheap, tasty, and not orange chicken. Every noodle dish comes with a choice of several types of noodles. I recommend the thin flat noodles for any of the soups and the hand sliced noodles for anything stir fried. But hey, experiment with different types of noodles because that's half the fun. Also there's a big window into the kitchen so you can actually see them beat your noodle into submission.
