I never usually write reviews but I honestly feel like I have to for this! After living in Kelvedon a short amount of time I thought I would give the Chinese a try, honestly absolutely 10/10! They gave me a 20 minute collection time and when I arrived the food was ready, fresh and hot! Tasted absolutely amazing this is definitely my new “go to” for a Chinese! Not a single bad word to say the food was absolutely awesome!

Phoned up for a collection as been recommended this Chinese I was told 45mins wait which was fine I placed my order and left witham to go collect. I arrived and then was told I will have to wait another hour ! Didn’t receive a phone call notifying me at all. Terrible customer service never again ....

The sweet and sour chicken smelt off and tasted off. The salt and pepper squid was grey and also tasted out of date. They gave us one giant spring roll instead of a few small ones. The Cantonese style chicken was so chunky and hard to cut and frankly after eating the sweet and sour chicken I couldn’t stomach anything else as I felt sick. I’m a proper foodie but this was disgusting even the noodles tasted weird. Kelvedon as a area just doesn’t have great takeaways should of expected it but after reading all the good reviews thought I’d try it, never again.

Fantastic. We were recommended this Chinese after trying numerous in Colchester & Marks Tey were we live. All have been poor to terrible! We called in a very large order at 5pm on New Year’s Eve for collection after 8pm. Firstly the lady on the phone was incredible polite and repeated the order back precisely. When we arrived the order was packed in boxes so easy to collect, everything was there, nothing missed off at all and very hot. Lots of prawn crackers included on orders over 18. The shop is clean and we were greeted with by a very friendly lady, no overwhelming smell of cooking fat in as you walk in either. We all agreed that the food was probably the best Chinese we had had in a long time & best in the area. Not greasy, the meat was very good quality and the seafood very fresh. Thank you for a lovely meal and so glad we have finally found a very good Chinese. Please try, it is superb.
